Handmade Products

All Lavinia Jane stationery is bespoke and made in Bristol, when purchasing customers must understand that due to the nature of the product slight variations will occur. Images and sizes provided are for guidance only but will be adhered to as closely as possible. 
A template of stationery items ordered  will be sent to the customer for proof reading and checks, we highly recommend a thorough check is made as retification of mistakes after proofing may be chargeable.


Designs & Copyright


Lavinia Jane stationery is bespoke and made to your individual requirements.  The copyright of all artwork, Stationery and associated goods belongs to Lavinia Jane and cannot be reproduced by the client or a third party. We reserve the rights to use the design and photographs of the design in publications/advertising/display. However the d
esign of your stationery will not be used until after your wedding date. 


Payment


Once a design and price agreement has been reached a deposit of 25% will be required at time of ordering (this is NON REFUNDABLE ) payment is accepted by cash, cheque or credit/debit card via PayPal (we never recommend cash to be sent through the post). Cheques will be cleared before stationery items are made. Remaining balance must be paid before stationery is posted/collected.


Delivery


We send all orders Royal Mail via First Class Recorded Delivery (prices will vary) which will require a signature on receipt. Unless personal delivery is an option (Within Bristol)  this will be arranged directly with customer.


Order Cancellations / Returns Policy


Due to personalisation of the product customers CAN NOT cancel orders when the stationery order has gone into production, or return orders for goods made to a customer's specifications e.g. personal commissions & engraved items.
